When preparing your model for printing, please follow these guidelines: 

• Model should be watertight with all surfaces stitched together to create a solid part. 
• Assemblies can be exported and printed as a single file but each component must be a watertight solid. 
• Minimum wall thickness for all features is 0.050”
• Cantilevered features should be thicker than 0.1” when possible
• Shelling out the inside of the volume saves material cost – shell thickness should be 0.25” or larger
• Unless this is to be incorporated into another base, a solid base should be included in the model with a thickness of 0.25” or larger
• Build envelope for the equipment (l x w x h) is 10 x 14 x 8”. 
• If the model needs to be larger than this envelope, please create separate part files for each section or tile.
• Send the final files in either STL (monochrome), VRML, or 3DS (color) format. 
• Provide design units and required scale information with your quote request
